Child Labor Remediation Programs
Child labor is a complicated and extensive matter across global supply chains in various industries. Child labor remediation is not easy to achieve if it lacks a holistic multi-stakeholder approach, lacks of understanding on country's social economic context, lacks of suitable skills and practical experience of working with children and businesses. The question of how to deal with instances of child labor in the industrial context is not an easy one to be answered. However, in each case, the interests of the child need to come first without disrupting suppliers' business operations.
